Refund Policy

Reservations

A price reservation takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to return. Reservations are free and non-binding: to cancel one, simply do not order, or write to us and we will remove your email.

Orders

Refund and return terms for Mune Mirror™ orders will be published on this page before ordering opens. Your reserved price applies to your first kit at that time; nothing is charged until you place an order.

How to reach us

Write to contact@joinmune.com with the email address you reserved with, and we will remove or confirm your reservation.
